Procedures we’ll do to protect your home or business at the time of our first service:

• Treat all outside wood areas up to two feet above ground with Borid.* (This will protect the treated outside wood from insect invasion of any kind, including Subterranean Termites, Drywood Termites and Carpenter Ants.)

• Place termite monitoring stations in key possible termite problem areas.

• Trench around the outside of the premises and treat with Termidor.

• Drill and treat prescribed area of your home or business as we feel necessary to protect your most valuable investment.

• Treat the inside of your home or business in any areas where termites are found.

Treat with Borides any exposed wood up to two feet. 

Renewal Features for Termite Treatment:

Our renewal features are different from other companies; we will come out once a year  to check your home or business for termites. At the time of  each visit we will inspect your home or business completely and check all of our monitoring stations, if we find termites, we will treat them immediately.

We will advise the homeowner of any   improvements that need attition to make their home or business less attractive to Termites. For a fee we will complete these minor repairs. Our fee is $20.00 an hour plus meterials.

o If we service your home or business for pest control, every time we visit we’ll check for termites.
